How we look after your information.

The content here is editable project content owned by The Nagai Store. It is not a certification and has not been independently verified or audited. Where we describe platform capabilities provided by our hosting and infrastructure vendors, we describe features that are enabled — not certifications issued by those vendors.

Security is a shared responsibility: our hosting platform protects the underlying infrastructure, we operate the application and data, and you keep your account credentials and personal details safe.

When you place an order or contact us, we collect only what we need to fulfil it:

• Your name, phone number, and delivery address (city, full address, pincode)
• Order notes you choose to share with us
• The items, quantities, and totals for your order
• The payment reference returned by our payment provider (not your card details)

We do not require you to create an account to browse or place an order. We do not sell your personal information.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card numbers, UPI IDs, and bank credentials are entered directly on Razorpay's checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and reference id, which we attach to your order so we can reconcile it.

Order totals are calculated on our server before payment is initiated, and we re-verify the paid amount and payment status with Razorpay before marking your order as paid.

• All traffic to our site is served over HTTPS.
• Customer and order data is stored in our managed database with row-level access rules so that public visitors cannot read other customers' orders.
• Administrative actions (managing products, viewing orders, issuing coupons) require an authenticated admin account with a server-checked role.
• Sensitive credentials (payment keys, database keys) are stored as server-side secrets and are never shipped to the browser.

We use only the cookies and local storage required for the site to function — for example, to remember the items in your shopping cart between pages. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Order records are retained for as long as we need them for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, and applicable tax or legal requirements. If you would like a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or you would like it deleted, please contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
