• After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order — it is merely a record that we have received it.
• We will confirm acceptance of your order when we dispatch the products or send a confirmation message.

• All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur due to screen settings and photography lighting.
• In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund.

• We accept online payments via Razorpay, including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
• Payment must be received in full before your order is processed and dispatched.
• All payment transactions are securely processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
• If a payment is declined or fails, your order will not be processed until successful payment is received.

• We currently ship within India only.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, courier availability, and external factors beyond our control.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the courier.

The Nagai Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability in any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
