Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your jewellery safely and promptly. Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and coverage.

Shipping areas

We currently ship to all locations within India. We deliver to residential addresses, offices, and pick-up points across metro cities, towns, and most rural areas serviced by our courier partners.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us on Instagram or WhatsApp and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During festive seasons or sale periods, processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. We will inform you if there are any delays.

Delivery time

  • Metro cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch
  • Tier-2 cities: 5-7 business days after dispatch
  • Remote areas: 7-10 business days after dispatch

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on courier operations, weather conditions, and local disruptions.

Shipping charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.
  • We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly indicated on the website or communicated during checkout.
  • No Cash on Delivery (COD).

Packaging

All jewellery items are carefully packed in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Delicate pieces are wrapped individually and placed in cushioned boxes. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier details via the contact method you provided (WhatsApp or email). You can use this information to track your delivery in real time.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Failed or delayed delivery

  • If a delivery attempt fails because you are unavailable, the courier may make a second attempt or hold the package at a nearby facility.
  • If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
