Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here is how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.
Return eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Full 360 view opening video of the parcel.
- No return or exchange or refund since the products sold in sale price.
- The item is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described or shown on the website.
- The return request is initiated within 24hours of delivery.
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Custom-made, personalised, or altered items cannot be returned unless defective.
Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings and other pierced jewellery unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to initiate a return
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and with the 360 degree video of the parcel opening via WhatsApp (+91 8610264556) or email at thenagaistorejewels@gmail.com.
- Share your order details, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos if the item is damaged or defective.
- We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return items without our confirmation.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a full refund. If you wish to exchange for a different size, colour, or design, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Exchange shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
Refund process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days of approval, please:
- Check your bank account or UPI transaction history again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Non-returnable items
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery (unless damaged/defective)
- Custom-made, personalised, or altered items
- Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage caused by the customer
- Gift cards or store credits (if applicable)
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
